The members of the Armenian Parliament are engaged not only in the legislative work, but also take part in the tournament of the intellectual game – chess.

The deputies of the RA NA My Step Faction Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, Artak Manukyan and Artur Davtyan took part in the chess championship among the European MPs, which organized the European Chess Union. On April 16, the first game of the tournament was played, where 32 MPs took part.

According to Artak Manukyan, Armenia has always been strong in team sports, registering successes. He noted that at least they would show worth resistance and expressed hope that would not disappoint.

We’ll present the results of the first game after the end of the competition.
